You can post both ads in same site.
Only for posting 10 ads, you get credit.
Your posted ads will be checked in 10 days and you will be given credit if the ad is online and viewable.

ok Sir one more question..
there are lot of communities in orkut, facebook n my space regarding online home based job. can i post in all communities?? or i have to post only once in orkut, once in face book n once in myspace?

It is ok if you are posting in different communities but only one post per community.
If you using ur referral link, you wont be considered as promoting our ads coz you are promoting ur referral link and getting referrals yourself. It does not help us.
We are paying for promoting our ads and getting us some un-referred members which will be available to rental purposes. For doing us this favour, we are paying for ad posting.
